STILES COUNSELING SERVICES

Angela Stiles
Licensed Professional Counselor
Therapy for Life Transitions, Attachment & Relationships, Neurodivergent Individuals, LGBTQIA+ & Women's Issues, and Self-Worth & Boundaries.
Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter, healing from trauma, navigating relationships, or learning to embrace a neurodivergent diagnosis, therapy can help you build a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while also drawing from existential and humanistic therapies. These evidence-based approaches are trauma-informed and flexible, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your unique experiences, goals, and needs.
As we work together, you'll learn to recognize the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. You'll also learn to make space for difficult emotions without letting them control you, clarify what matters most, and begin taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
✓ You've received a diagnosis or you suspect you may be neurodivergent (Autism/ADHD) and would like to understand how this impacts you and identify some helpful tools.
✓ You're questioning your sexuality or gender identity and want a safe, affirming space to explore.
✓ Trauma has left you doubting yourself, struggling with boundaries and self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from the path you want to take.
✓ You're having relationship challenges and want healthier communication and deeper connection.
✓ You're spiritually curious and want to integrate intuition, symbolism, or personal meaning into your healing journey.
